These Terms and Conditions apply to our Services. Any deviations are only valid when agreed in writing. Any terms and conditions provided by the customer will only apply if we have expressly accepted them.

An offer or quotation will describe the services, products, schedule and price as clearly as possible. An agreement is formed when the offer is accepted or when, with the customer’s consent, we begin carrying out the work. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.

Invoices must be paid within the payment period stated on the invoice.

Any stated timeframes are target dates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

The customer must provide the information, access and cooperation required for proper performance in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing information or cooperation may affect the schedule and costs.

Cancellation and termination are subject to the arrangements specified in the agreement or quotation.

Consumers are entitled to statutory withdrawal rights where these apply to the agreement.

We will perform the agreement carefully and professionally. All statutory warranties remain applicable.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not apply in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.

The customer remains responsible for creating appropriate backups and checking supplied or delivered information, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property rights remain with their respective owner unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Personal data may be processed while providing our services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

If performance becomes temporarily impossible due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, our obligations will be suspended for as long as those circumstances continue. If the situation continues for an extended period, the parties will discuss an appropriate solution.

The agreement is governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through consultation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court.

This template is intended as a practical starting point. Please check whether additional or alternative provisions are required for your organisation, products, subscriptions, consumer sales or industry.
