My name is Kristian Knoop and I hail from Strijen. Since 2018, I’ve been immersed in the world of sound design, having studied at the Filmacademy in Amsterdam. I am deeply entrenched in the film industry, specializing in sound recording for documentaries, TV shows, and feature films.

My journey into sound began with tinkering with amplifiers and old radios, igniting a passion for creation and modification. This led me swiftly into the realm of 3D printing. From crafting my first boom holder, “DOME,” to more intricate projects, I found joy in creating solutions that resonate with professionals in their daily endeavors on set.

In early 2020, I launched soundspectre, dedicated to enhancing efficiency on film sets through purpose-built products. My aim is to simplify usage and streamline workflows for fellow industry practitioners.
